Description

Ergyfibral by Nutergia is a product based on fibers (oats and fruits) and plant extracts selected for their beneficial action in the digestive sphere (bloating, gas and irritated intestinal mucosa).

This product does not contain strong laxatives that can cause discomfort, only soluble prebiotic fibers and insoluble fibers that regulate transit.

Properties and benefits of fiber fiber

Ergyfibral is ideal to normalize a slow intestinal transit by providing more fibers in the diet. It has a beneficial action on the endogenous intestinal flora to forget intestinal problems.

How to take fiber fiber?

1 to 2 cube(s) to chew daily outside of meals, with a large glass of water (200 ml).

Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy or lactation. It is recommended to consult a Health Professional in case of pregnancy or lactation, or in case of prolonged use (rhubarb). It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.

Oat fibers (Avena sativa L.) [gluten] (27.7%), Plum paste (Prunus domestica L.) (22%), Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Rhubarb paste (cane sugar, rhubarb 42 % (Rheum x hybridum Murray), gelling agent: fruit pectin) (20%), Sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus L.), Chamomile extract (Matricaria recutita L.), magnesium carbonate (2.5%), Green anise extract (Pimpinella anisum L.) (1%), Natural plum aroma, L-glutamine.

For 2 tablets:
Oat fibers (5.5 g), Plum paste (4.4 g), Rhubarb paste (4g), FOS (4.2 g), Chamomile (500 mg), Green anise (200 mg), L- glutamine (60 mg); Magnesium (114 mg).
