Take one capsule a day, with a glass of water or other drink, at one of the meals.

Composition of Exelvit essential

• Vitamin D3: 50 µg (2,000 IU), Recommended amount in pregnant women with deficient levels³.
• Folic acid: 400 µg of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, a biologically active form with greater bioavailability than folic acid.
• Iron (Ferronyl®): 30 mg. Iron with great bioavailability, avoids adverse effects5,6 and has no metallic taste.
• Omega-3 fatty acids: DHA (250 mg) and EPA (35.71 mg) in natural triglyceride form, have greater absorption capacity and bioavailability7 than synthetic derivatives, are super concentrated and have no fishy taste or smell.
