How to take Berry-C?

Camu-Camu fruit dry extract 8:1 (Myrciaria dubia (Kunth) McVaugh, 50% vitamin C), Acerola fruit dry extract (Malpighia glabra L., 50% vitamin C), Rosehip fruit dry extract (Rosa canina L., 70% vitamin C), corn maltodextrin, natural blood orange flavour, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide) and sweetener (sucralose).
