How to take Aqualegs (leg circulation)?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning. Accompanied by a glass of water. Drink enough fluids throughout the day.

Envelope: coating agent (gelatin), humectants (glycerin and sorbitol), and colorants (E-171, E-172 and E-133).
