I have been taking it for years on specific dates or times, especially when there is a change of season and a drop in temperatures or times when we are all more prone to catching colds. Lo tomo desde hace años en fechas o épocas concretas, sobre todo cuando hay cambio de estación y bajada de temperaturas o epocas donde estamos todos más propensos a coger catarros. Me tomo 1 tapón por las mañanas, a veces 2. Tiene sabor dulce, tipo jalea real y miel. Si que noto mejoria , sobre todo lo intento tomar unos dias antes de estos cambios de contraste de temperatura, cuando notamos que el cuerpo está más expuesto a resfriados y catarros. Lo aconsejo muchisimo.
