Tiobec Complex contains:

• α-Lipoic acid : known for its antioxidant properties and as a coenzyme in metabolism, where it intervenes in important metabolic cycles such as energy production in cells.
• Vitamin D : contributes to normal muscle function.
• Resveratrol : Polyphenol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum, a plant known for its antioxidant properties.

Tiobec Complex also contains Acetyl L-carnitine, a molecule normally synthesized by the body in the liver, brain and kidneys or introduced through the diet. This important nutrient is involved in numerous metabolic processes.

How to take Tiobec complex sustained release?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before food or 3 hours after), in the morning or evening. To obtain the maximum time-release effect, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, about 10 hours apart.

For every 2 tablets (daily dose): Alpha-lipoic acid (600 mg), Acetyl L-carnitine (1000 mg), Polygonum cuspidatum extract (56 mg), Resveratrol (50 mg) and Vitamin D (20 µg; 800 IU ).
