How to take Fermented red rice?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with water, preferably in the evening after dinner.

Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age and in adults over 70 years of age. Seek the advice of a doctor if you experience any health problems following taking the product. Do not take if you are being treated with cholesterol-lowering drugs. Do not take if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice. It is recommended not to consume more than 3 mg of red rice monacolin per day.

Composition of Fermented red rice

Bulking agent: cellulose; Inulin; Monacolins from red rice ( Oryza sativa L., seeds) fermented by Monascus purpureus, Ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable). Shell: vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

For 1 capsule : Monacoline tot. (from red yeast rice) (<3mg); Coenzyme Q10 (30 mg); Inulin (100 mg).
