Description
Nervala is a food supplement made from alpha lipoic acid, hydroxytyrosol, L-carnosine, zinc and is complemented with a vitamin B complex. Exogenous supplementation through antioxidants can help eliminate excess free radicals and reduce damage both cellular, tissue and systemic.
Properties and benefits of Antioxidant nerve
The niacin complex, B6, B1, B2 and B12 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and, in association with Vitamin B5, to energy metabolism. Vitamin B2, along with zinc, help protect cells from oxidative stress.
How to take Antioxidant nerve?
The intake of 1 capsule per day is recommended, preferably in the morning in the event of chronic oxidative processes. Take 2 capsules a day (1 in the morning and 1 capsule at night) in the event of acute oxidative processes.
A minimum of 6 months is recommended. Nervala can be taken continuously long term.
