Description
Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is produced in the human body in very small amounts, but it is also available through food.
ALA is unique in that it supports the body's free radical scavenging systems and can work in both water and fat environments. ALA can also recycle the antioxidant vitamins C and E, thus extending its activities.
How to take Alpha lipoic acid?
It is recommended to take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day.
