Our 0%0% porridges contain whole grains, also called complete grains because they contain the 3 parts of the cereal seed, recognized for their fiber, vitamins and minerals content.

From 6 months onwards, babies' iron reserves begin to decrease, but their needs increase. For this reason Nestlé 0%0% are rich in iron, covering up to 50% of your baby's daily needs in each serving of baby food, prepared with Nidina 2. In addition, they are enriched with 8 vitamins and 4 minerals.

Nestlé 0%0% has a cereal flake that is light in color and not so fine. Once the baby food is reconstituted, you will see that it has a homemade texture that your baby will love.

Intake mode

In a bowl

Step 1: Pour 160 ml of warm milk* into a bowl/plate.

*Breast milk or what the baby usually drinks.

Step 2: Add 17g or 3-4 tablespoons of Nestlé 0%0% Baby Foods.

Step 3: Stir with a fork and the porridge is ready. No cooking required.

Step 1: Add the amount of Nestlé 0%0% Baby Foods indicated by the pediatrician to the bottle with milk.

Step 2: Dilute it by rotating the bottle with your hands for 30 seconds and shake it to get a homogeneous mixture.

*To give your baby cereals in a bottle, use a suitable nipple. The hole should be larger than the one used for milk. You will find different solutions: teats that instead of a hole have a “slot” and in which the flow is regulated depending on the position, or teats with the outlet in the shape of a Y or X.
