Description
The "extra" organic apricot jam from Le Bois Jumel brings the right balance of flavors between the taste of the apricot and the strength of the sugar. Spread on bread, mix with fromage blanc or incorporate into your favorite recipes.
Indication
Mixture of sugars and pulp and / or puree from one or more species of fruit, brought to the appropriate gelled consistency. It differs from the classic jam in that the quantity of pulp used, which is generally more than 45g, is used to make 100g of finished product.
