Description
Oatmeal amasake is a sweet and delicious cream. The fermentation of the cereal is done by adding koji, a ferment that transforms the oats into this delicious cream, without using artificial enzymes. The amasake of La Finestra sul Cielo is made following the Japanese artisan method.
Intake mode
It is recommended to be consumed as a dessert or adding fruit, fruit jam, hazelnut cream or almond cream. It can also be used as a base for preparing pudding or sweets.
Precautions
May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.

Water, Oats* (24%), Koji* (17%) (rice*, aspergillus oryzae), White sea salt (0.2%).
