Description
Giandujia is an Italian tradition from Piedmont. All the creaminess of the recipe is based on toasted noisttes, then finely ground into a paste, which melts into the center of the chocolate. The 20% hazelnuts associated with dark chocolate give the flavor and sweetness of this bar.
