Alce Nero 80% Dark Chocolate with Cocoa Beans is an extra dark chocolate bar with the full and strong flavor of 80% cocoa combined with the bitter and crunchy touch of roasted cocoa beans.
Indication
The cocoa used is Fairtrade certified and comes from Latin America where it is cultivated by groups of farmers, including members of the Coop. Norandino in Peru. Alce Nero and Coop. Norandino is part of Cooperativas Sin Fronteras, an organization that since its creation has promoted the principles of quality and wholesomeness of raw materials, but above all of social and environmental sustainability.
After roasting, the beans are expertly processed by the former Swiss chocolate maker Chocolat Stella, partner of Alce Nero. Alce Nero 80% Dark Chocolate bar with cocoa beans is produced from organic cane sugar and does not contain soy lecithin.
