Description
Mix' Gom organic spongy pastry from Ma Vie sans Gluten is an organic gluten-free preparation for bread and pastries. It can be used both in pastries and in cold recipes.
Indication
Its first use is to make bread dough that holds together well, is flexible and develops an airy crumb, but you can also use Mix'Gom for pie crusts. This will keep the dough soft and pliable over time.
Intake mode
- Bread dough : 1 heaped teaspoon (about 5 g) of Mix'Gom per 200 g of flour(s), or 13 g per 500 g of flour(s).
- Cake dough : for 200 g of flour(s), half a teaspoon of Mix'Gom, or even 1 teaspoon if your recipe contains few or no eggs.
- Cold liquid (sauce, cream) : 1 teaspoon per 200 ml, mix well and wait a few minutes for the mixture to thicken.
Storage conditions
Store in a fresh and dry place. Once opened, it can be kept for several months in a dry place.
