Description

Delicious chocolate brownies, quick and easy to prepare, and sweetened only with maltose and dextrose. Frusano's gluten-free brownies are baked and served in no time, whether for unexpected visits, family celebrations or to whet your appetite.

Indication

In the package you can find different ways to prepare the brownies (vegan, low in lactose).

Intake mode

It is recommended if you want a classic brownie to add to the mixture: 2 eggs, 175g of softened butter and 175ml of milk.
If you want it vegan: 175g of soft margarine and 150ml of oat drink (or soy drink).
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a baking pan (approx. 25cm "springform" springform pan).
2. Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, mix with the eggs, softened butter and milk until a smooth dough is obtained.
(For vegan preparation, add soft margarine and oatmeal or soy milk, and stir until smooth.)
3. Next, put the mixture in the greased mold and smooth it out.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes (medium height).
5. Let cool on a rack and cut into pieces.
For a more intense chocolate flavour: Finely chop a Frusano dark chocolate bar (vegan) or a Frusano milk chocolate bar and add to the dough.

Precautions

May contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame.
