Description

Organic coconut blossom sugar certified by Ecocert Nature et Partage is made from the sap of coconut blossoms (Cocos nucifera) in Indonesia, using an artisanal process. The collection of the efflorescence sap is a very old tradition and the producers use all their know-how to ensure the best quality organic sugar.

Indication

The collected liquid sap is then gently heated, so that the water is almost completely evaporated, until a thick, amber-colored syrup is obtained. The hardened syrup is reduced to the form of large sugar crystals. The production of coconut blossom sugar is sustainable as nothing is destroyed in the process.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry place away from moisture and light.
