Very good, I recommend grinding it with a coffee grinder (for example) to make whipped cream, tiramisu cream, etc. because it makes it easier to integrate into desserts. For cakes there is no problem using it as is.

Muy buena, recomiendo triturarla con un molinillo de café (por ejemplo) para hacer nata montada, la crema del tiramisú, etc porque facilita su integración en los postres. Para bizcochos no hay problema en usarla tal cual.

I love this panela, very good flavor and with a small amount it sweetens quite a bit. I use it instead of sugar and in baking.

Still ideal for protein mix with very low GI without loss of sweetness. The slightly crunchy texture also gives a nice effect to the composition.

Toujours idéal pour le mélange protéiné avec IG très bas sans perte du motif sucré. La texture un peu craquant donne en plus un effet chouette à la composition.
