Description
Muria Rosemary Spain Honey goes well with salad dressings, especially green leaves, and with light dairy products: fresh cheeses, yogurts, herbal teas and fruit salads. Very suitable for desalted fried cod and dishes cooked with lamb meat.
Indication
Rosemary honey has a thick texture and a color very reminiscent of the amber tone. Of course, when it crystallizes, your texture becomes much harder and its color becomes white. Precisely to modify its texture and make it more liquid, we can choose to follow the same steps as we would follow with any other type of honey: heat in a double boiler, without reaching a temperature of 40ºC.
Intake mode
It is advisable to take alone or dissolved in drinks, hot or cold, and as an ingredient in the preparation of all kinds of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations intended for the care of people and animals.
