This honey is very appreciated for its liquid texture, its delicate taste and the finesse of its aromas. With full traceability from the flower to the palate, the honeys are the minimum handled by the beekeeper between the hive and the pot. They ripen in a cool place and protected from light immediately after harvest in our bio-reserve, and are available in limited series.
