Indication

In the medical world, stinging nettle has been used to treat pneumonia, rheumatism, allergies, gangrene, and asthma. Nettle has been used as a diuretic to remove excess water from the body through the kidneys. This effect also makes nettle useful as an adjunct therapy for treating urinary tract infections, since by increasing the volume of urine, it can help kill bacteria from the kidneys and urinary tract. Some use nettle for the prevention of kidney stones.

Intake mode

It is recommended to dilute in smoothies, soups, creams, sauces, infusions, smoothies and poultices.
