Indication

To all the specific properties that have been discovered to date for black maca, we must add what scientific studies have discovered as global properties of maca in any of its varieties. Among the most current evidence we know that maca:

• It is a highly nutritious food, rich in carbohydrates and micronutrients, such as vitamin C, copper and iron.
• It is rich in numerous bioactive plant compounds.

• It can increase the production and improve the quality of sperm, thus increasing fertility in men.
• May help relieve menopause symptoms, including hot flashes and interrupted sleep at night.
• May improve mood by reducing depression and anxiety, especially in menopausal women.
• It can improve performance in physical activity, especially resistance exercises.
• When applied to the skin, maca extract can help protect it from the sun's UV rays.

Intake mode

Mix 5 g to 10 g in water or vegetable drink, hot or cold.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean.

Once the packaging is opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to ambient humidity, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.

100% Black Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii) from organic farming, in powder form.

Per maximum recommended daily dose: 10 grams daily. 10 g provide 28.5 mg of vitamin C (35% NRV), 0.2 mg of vitamin B2 (14.3% NRV) and 0.60 mg of Copper (60% NRV).
