White Chia Bio of biotone come from the plant Salvia hispanica, cultivated more than 4000 years ago in the center and south of Mexico by the Aztecs, who were already aware of its excellent properties and applications

Indication

This product is born from the name 'chia', derived from the word fat in the indigenous language, because it contains a large amount (up to 25%) of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of this fatty acid). The presence of soluble fibers allows these seeds to absorb up to 7 times their volume in water

Intake mode

Recommended Biotona Bio Raw white Chia seeds can be added to bread and confectionery, breakfast muesli or salad at noon and night. Ground can be added to smoothies, combined with fruit juice, in milk (vegetable), yogurt. In water they swell and form a gelatinous substance that can be used in many recipes

Precautions

Store in a cool, dry place and away from light.
