Description
Eco chia seeds are a source of potassium and protein.
High content of Omega -3-6-9 fatty acids, fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, thiamine (vitamin B1), niacin (vitamin B3).
Intake mode
It is recommended to use in bread with a maximum of 5% chia seeds. In baked goods, breakfast cereals, nuts and seed mixes in quantity not exceeding 15 g/day. They can also be consumed in juices or vegetable drinks. Ground, added to creams, soups, salads...
