Indication

This protein bar is a delicious bar for you to eat with pleasure, but at the same time with a low sugar content. Protein favors muscle definition and toning, avoiding muscle destruction and consequent flaccidity and also has a satiating action that will make you feel more satisfied and lose fat more easily.

It also has a good fiber content that will slow down the absorption of nutrients like sugar. It is satiating and helps in the functioning of your intestine. Of this we can highlight the chicory that still works as a prebiotic.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat one bar a day to increase your daily protein intake. It can be eaten as a snack or as a complement to a workout.
