Description
Perfect energy bar to eat during training and competitions as they have an easy-to-chew texture and very pleasant flavors.
Indication
Energy bar rich in carbohydrates based on dried fruits and pumpkin seeds. The Race Day are a variation of the Endurance Fuel Bar, these being thinner, easier to transport and chew.
The main characteristics of these bars are:
- The amount of fig has been increased and the date has been reduced, thus controlling the glycemic index, so they provide energy but insulin spikes are reduced.
A bar has between 124 - 135 kcal and 21 - 25 g of carbohydrate depending on the flavor. - Nuts have been removed to make it easier to eat and aid digestion.
- They contain pumpkin seeds that give consistency to the texture and provide healthy fats and proteins.
- With organic ingredients such as dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower oil and sultanas.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take a Race Day bar every 30-60' as needed, both in training and in competitions. It is also perfect to take before playing sports and cover the energy needs of that moment before exercise.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children, away from sources of heat and intense, direct light.

Fig paste (Ficus carica), date paste* (Phoenix dactylifera), pumpkin seeds* (Curcubita pepo), dehydrated chopped apple* (Malus domestica), sunflower oil* (Helianthus annuus L.), sultanas* ( Vitis vinifera) (raisins >99.5%, organic sunflower oil <0.7%), branched chain amino acids 8:1:1 (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), vitamin complex**, amylopectin, cinnamon powder* (Cinnamomum burmanni), natural apple flavour.
