Description
Isotonic powder lemon from Etixx to make an isotonic drink rich in carbohydrates, in a combination of 2/1 sugars (glucose / fructose) + electrolytes. It is ideal for hot climates. Neutral PH to prevent stomach upset
Indication
It is a drink for all types of athletes who need to quickly restore fluid balance and replenish energy and electrolytes. Etixx Isotonic contains maltodextrin and fructose. The 2: 1 formula (maltodextrin (made up of glucose): fructose) makes it possible to consume higher amounts of carbohydrates
Intake mode
It is recommended to dissolve 35 (g) of powder (2 tablespoons = 35 (g) of powder) in 500 (ml) of water. Drink at least 500 (ml) per hour of effort. In warmer conditions and during intensive exercise, it is recommended to take 750 (ml) up to 1 (L) per hour
