Description

Isotonic drink with magnesium and vitamin C that prevents dehydration and increases sports performance in endurance or combined sports.

Indication

Magnesium : Helps muscle function, reduces fatigue and is also anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. On the other hand, it helps reduce menstrual pain, improves bone health and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Magnesium consumption is indicated during the luteal phase of menstruation.

Intake mode

Dissolve 2 heaping scoops (30 g) of product in 500 ml of water.
