Description

Powder formula that combines simple and complex carbohydrates, amino acids, antioxidants and electrolytes.

Indication

Carbo Optimun Complex: complex matrix of simple and complex carbohydrates that improve the absorption and use of energy by cells in addition to providing rapid hydration.

L-Glutamine: is a fundamental amino acid for muscle tissue repair and recovery. It also improves the function of the immune system and reduces “overtraining syndrome” (OTS).

Electrolytes: during prolonged exercise there is an increase in the loss of electrolytes through sweat and urine.

Intake mode

It is recommended in endurance sports to take one serving (30g) for every 45 minutes of intense exercise.
