Description

Energy gel guarana cherry and cola from Nutrisport is a food supplement that has been designed to improve performance, reducing tiredness and fatigue. It provides 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, coming from maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, ideal for maximizing carbohydrate absorption and avoiding gastrointestinal problems.

Indication

Energy gel guarana also provides BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), whose function is to contribute to muscle recovery and delay fatigue during prolonged exercise; and a mixture of Guarana extract and Caffeine, which contribute to improving performance, reducing fatigue and providing energy. In addition, it contains 50 mg of Sodium, a mineral that is especially important when it comes to maintaining hydro-electrolyte balance and avoiding hyponatremia (too low concentration of sodium in the blood); Vitamin C, for its antioxidant function; and Group B vitamins, which are involved in various processes for obtaining energy.

Intake mode

It is recommended to take a gel every 45-60 minutes during physical activity as an energy supply. Take a maximum of 3 gels a day.
