    A little drier than classic tortillas, but that's normal since they are piadinas. You should therefore not reheat them for a long time, otherwise they become too dry. But otherwise they are very tasty.

    Un petit peu plus secs que les tortillas classiques, mais c'est normal puisque ce sont des piadinas. Il ne faut donc pas les réchauffer longtemps, autrement elles deviennent trop sèches. Mais sinon elles sont très goûteuses.

Description

Piadina is a flat Italian wrap. It is made with spelt and oats. Special and really delicious. Delicious with grilled vegetables and pesto. Ready in a few seconds!

Indication

Piadinas are not only ready in no time, but can also be used in countless ways, such as a (folded) pizza, as a bread or as pancakes. Tasty with pesto, grilled vegetables and cheese.

Intake mode

It is recommended to heat the wrap on both sides in a hot, dry pan for a few seconds. Top with your favorite filling, vegetables, and legumes.

Storage conditions

Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days.
