Sprout bread is a tasty, firm and nutritious bread that only contains rye and water. It does not contain yeast or sourdough. It is made by letting the rye germinate in water for 2-3 days. The rye is then ground and baked at a low temperature (110 ° C-130 ° C). Because the entire grain of rye is processed, the maximum amount of nutrients and a large amount of fiber are retained.
