Intake mode

nuveg's Veggiegg powdered vegan egg substitute preparation can be used in many different applications and formats: vegetable omelettes (potato, onion,...), omelettes, scrambled eggs, batters, quiches, pastries, etc.

Mix 10 g of the Veggiegg preparation with 40 g of water at room temperature, mix well and let rest for 5 minutes before cooking (it would be the equivalent of 1 egg).

100 g equals 10 eggs.

Keep in mind: when you add the water you will feel a slight smell of sulfur, it will disappear after a short time and you will have a wonderful egg flavor in your preparation.

As it does not contain Gluten it is suitable for celiacs.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean conditions. Once the package has been opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
