Intake mode

1. Per serving (30-50 g), rehydrate the (PVT) by adding 2 cups (50 g) of Textured Non-Meat Strips to 1 cup of hot water (200 ml) with a teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes.
2. Remove excess water. You will get 200 g of vegan strips ready to sauté, bake or fry.
3. Use it in your recipes as an alternative to meat in the same proportion as this.
4. Once rehydrated, it can be kept refrigerated for a few days, and in general, use it as if it were meat

To obtain vegan beef strips, mix: 5% beet root juice, 5% soy sauce and 3% vinegar.

To the Textured Vegetable Protein (PVT) nuveg non-meat strips you can also add apple juice or coffee (5%), spices or replace the water with broth, to give more flavor and different shades to the non-meat strips.

Please note that it absorbs 3 times its volume, so 100g of textured meatless strips become 400g of vegan meatless strips once hydrated.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry conditions (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean.

Once the packaging is opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to ambient humidity, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
