Description

Sardines in organic olive oil and lemon from Accent Bio are hand cleaned, steamed and packaged with extra virgin olive oil from the first cold pressing.

Indication

The sardines are caught at the bolinche by artisanal fishermen from the coasts of the Bay of Biscay. Bolinche fishing allows selective capture avoiding overfishing and the rejection of species of no commercial value.
