Description

Vegan chicken strips with Eco curry from Energy Feelings are made from textured vegetable protein (TVP). This is a simple formulation of dehydrated vegetables (textured and powdered) that, after hydrating and mixing, a meat substitute is achieved with its ideal flavor and texture to enjoy an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily.

• It's around 30% protein, so an 88g serving provides 25.5g of protein (more than a steak or two eggs).

Intake mode

1. Boil 500 ml of water.
2. Add all the contents of the Chicken Curry doypack, stir and cover.
3. Turn off the heat and let rest for 10 min.
4. Cook without lid on high power.
5. When it boils, reduce power to medium and cook 13 min. or until the texturing has the desired consistency.

2-3 servings are obtained. The preparation absorbs 3 times its volume, so 165g (two servings) of Chicken curry becomes 495g of vegan chicken strips once hydrated.

Storage conditions

• Once prepared, it lasts in the fridge for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Store in a cool place (preferably 5-15ºC), protected from direct light. In dry and clean conditions. Once the package has been opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
