Eco couscous tabouleh

Description

Prepared with couscous and vegetables.

Intake mode

1- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Pour the contents of the bag and fry for at least 1 minute over medium heat. 2- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Pour one part of boiling water for one part of the mixture. 3- Turn off the heat and stir occasionally. Let rest for 8 minutes.

Ingredients

Durum wheat semolina* (86%), dehydrated vegetables* in variable proportions (14%) (tomato*, carrot*, parsley*, onion*, pepper* and mint*) and sea salt. (*)Ingredients from organic farming.
