Description
For this Tajín recipe, the aubergines are simmered with onions and peppers, all flavored with cumin; very little salt added.
Intake mode
It is recommended to heat before serving. This aubergine and pepper tagine will go perfectly with a cereal such as quinoa or rice; it can also go very well with a grill of your choice. Suggested drink: tomato juice.
