Description
Pâté made with tuna from controlled and sustainable fishing, caught one by one by artisanal coastal fishermen in the Mid-Eastern Atlantic. Made by hand according to the traditional recipe with tuna, Hojiblanca variety olives, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic and pepper from certified organic farming.
Indication
Angling, a method recommended and considered sustainable by various conservation organizations, prevents discards due to unwanted sizes and non-commercial or protected species, ensuring the natural stocks necessary for the maintenance of future generations of the species. The non-use of nets is a guarantee for the quality of the fish used in this product.
This fishing is carried out under the fishing regulations of the European Union, is controlled by ICCAT, (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna) and supervised by the Earth Island Institute, (Dolphin Safe).

Keep in a cool, dry place protected from sunlight.
