Le Bois Jumel Organic Old-fashioned Country Terrine is cooked with organic French Direct Pig meats. The latter is a group of 90 breeders, 80% of whom are in the Great West and 35,000 pigs reared per year. You thus savor a meat of a great gustatory quality by its maturity and its marbled texture.
