Ginger is on the podium of anti-inflammatory foods, those that fight the dreaded low-grade chronic inflammation.
It is also fantastic for digestion, promotes joint health, improves blood sugar management, fights infections, improves lipid profile and has great antioxidant power.
This ginger is rolled into thin strips, retains part of the skin, which has valuable fiber, and is pickled in apple cider vinegar. That is, if you dare, you can eat it directly. One or two strips a day, just before eating, is enough.

Apple cider vinegar: Great digestive and antimicrobial, which also helps us regulate blood sugar levels.

Add it to your stews and salads, blend it into a smoothie, put a small piece in your glass of kombucha or make a vinaigrette with it.
