Description
Pan do Mar 's natural Albacore tuna loins come from sustainable and controlled fishing; They are caught with a rod one by one by artisanal fishermen on the Atlantic coasts.
Indication
Light tuna from fisheries that are developed under the fishing regulations of the European Union, controlled by ICCAT, (International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tuna), supervised by the Earth Island Institute, (Dolphin Safe) and considered sustainable by Friend of the Sea.
Cleaned and packaged by hand in its own juice.
Angling, a method recommended by various conservation organizations, prevents discards due to unwanted sizes and of non-commercial or protected species, ensuring the natural stocks necessary for the maintenance of future generations of the species. The non-use of nets is a guarantee for the quality and freshness of the fish used in this product.
