Description
Broth for Aneto Eco vegetable paella. Made with fresh, natural and ecological ingredients, which mostly come from social cooperatives such as the MANS cooperative. With a stir-fry made over low heat for more than 4 hours for an unmatched flavor, this broth for paella is cooked in 3,000-liter pots for 3 more hours.
Intake mode
Preparation suggestion:
- Brown the ingredients you like the most and set them aside.
- Brown 250g of rice for 2 min.
- Add the broth with sofrito and bring it to a boil.
- Keep on high heat for 10 minutes, add the reserved ingredients and keep on medium heat for 10 more minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
