Ecoidees Organic Kampot Black Pepper is a high quality pepper cultivated for centuries in Cambodia, exclusively in the so-called Kampot region. Known as one of the best peppers in the world, it got its acclaim when it was introduced to the biggest tables in the 18th century. Recently it has become the first Cambodian product to benefit from a Geographical Indication (GI). The name and quality of this pepper are now protected.
Indication
To release its aromas, to be crushed at the last moment before incorporating it into all your dishes in sauce or grilling. Excellent on pies, jams or compotes of pears or mirabelle plums. It thus develops strong and delicate aromas: its very intense and sweet taste both reveals floral notes of eucalyptus and fresh mint.
