Indication

Ceylon cinnamon is often called true cinnamon due to its sophisticated aroma and ability to impart impeccable flavor to many recipes. It has a subtle flavor and a refined and sophisticated aroma compared to Cassia Cinnamon.

The organic/eco processing of Ceylon Cinnamon requires an extremely skilled artisan and a labor intensive process to produce a quality product, be it powder, sticks but the end result is something that is appreciated both for taste and for health.
