    It is white (better nutritional qualities than roasted), it is very tasty, a good option for snacks spread on rice or buckwheat crackers (or normal toast). If it reaches me with oil on top, I recover it for dressings or to nourish the skin (body and face, wet a little before). Good price.

    Es blanco (mejores cualidades nutritivas que el tostado), es muy rico, buena opción para tentempiés untado en galletas de arroz o sarraceno (o tostadas normales). Si me llega con aceite por encima lo recupero para aliños o para nutrir la piel (cuerpo y rostro, mojar un poco antes). Buen precio.
