Description

Indication

It is a black sesame cream, which is 50% black sesame and 50% whole sesame and not 100% black sesame, which would be too difficult to digest. After lightly roasting the seeds, they are passed through a stone grinder and then put in a pot.

Intake mode

It is recommended to cut two cucumbers into rings and sprinkle with fine salt.
Add a tablespoon of tahini and mix. Let rest for at least 15 minutes. After this time, mix again and add the parsley.
