Description

Organic tomato with crushed pulp from Alce Nero. Made in Italy.

Indication

The tomatoes, which are harvested during the months of July, August and September, are processed in a way that maintains their flavor, aroma and nutritional properties. After washing and sorting the tomatoes, the skin is removed, cut into cubes and they move on to the next phase. After adding tomato concentrate, the product is placed at high temperature, bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time.

Alce Nero organic tomato pulp does not contain additives or added salt.

Storage conditions

Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 3 or 4 days.
