Description
The Nigari is mainly magnesium chloride, and the magnesium chloride subsequently forms the Natrium Chloride crystals. The seawater is filtered and concentrated. As soon as the Natrium Chloride crystals are formed, the crystals and water are separated with the help of a centrifuge. The water is heated and then cooled to allow the magnesium chloride crystals to settle. The formed Nigari layer is then broken into pieces. This is a Magnesium Chloride of the highest quality.
