Description
Lotus flower coarse Himalaya salt is a pure unrefined salt, harvested by hand in natural deposits at high altitudes. The characteristic pink color is given by the presence of iron, this fossil salt dates back to an era in which nature was virgin and uncontaminated. This purity is one of the elements that make Himalayan salt unique in the world.
Indication
It has various uses for both food and curative use. The crystal salt is normally used to prepare the starting hydrosaline solution.
Intake mode
It is recommended for daily food use and for curative use. The starting hydrosaline solution is obtained by placing crystals or coarse salt in a glass container and covering with pure water, stirring occasionally. After about 2 hours the solution is ready and 26% saturated. Traditionally it is used in the following ways, for washing and rinsing: 1% solution for washing the nasal cavities or as a mouthwash or gargle, in case of inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth or throat. For oral treatment: 1 teaspoon of the basic solution in 200 ml of pure water.
